What is Emma?

Emma is an AI agent, not a chatbot. The difference matters: she has memory, runs on a schedule, connects to your real Admissions+ pipeline, and learns new skills over time. She supports every role on the admissions team, from Head of Admissions to data and reporting, and executes their best ideas at scale. Crucially, she suggests and you approve. Emma is launching in four phases, each proven before the next begins:

  1. Handles support, May 2026. Replaces the existing chatbot, answering staff and parent queries 24/7.
  2. Takes action, May 2026. Staff give instructions in plain language and Emma creates Events, Meetings, Communications, Lists and Reports.
  3. Gets proactive, June 2026. Spots stalled applications and drafts personalised follow-ups for staff to approve.
  4. Supports applicants directly, Summer 2026. Families get instant answers, while sensitive queries escalate to your team.
