What is new, and why it helps

Several improvements this year make enrolment simpler and smoother:

• No embargo window - all applicants can log in from 8:00am on Results Day.
• Bulk pre-enrolment - pre-allocate qualifying internal students and release offers automatically, so there is less to do manually.
• Enrolment App - a dependable offline companion.

Settings worth getting right early

The Enrolment Navigator walks you through setup step by step, and you can generate a test version of your system to try everything out before the day. A few settings that help things run smoothly:

• Open on time - set your enrolment form to go live on or after 8:00am on Thursday 20 August, so you stay JCQ compliant and no one logs in early.
• Colour coding - turn on red, amber and green so you can see at a glance who qualifies for their chosen subjects, with staff-only red flags as a quiet prompt to double-check anyone.
• Waiting list - use it for students you would like to consider even if they just missed a requirement, and nominate exactly who can approve them.
• Subject filtering - group your subjects so each staff member can focus on their own area on the day.
