Coming soon: a brand-new Communications area in Admissions+

Written by Nicola Entwistle | Apr 30, 2026 10:24:30 AM

We're rebuilding the Communications area in Admissions+ from the ground up, and we wanted to give you an early look at what's on the way. The goal is simple: make it faster for admissions teams to send the right message to the right person at the right time, and to keep every conversation in one place.

Here's a preview of what's coming.

A central inbox

For the first time, all inbound emails sent to your admissions address will land in a single inbox inside Admissions+. Messages will be linked automatically to the right applicant, parent or application wherever possible, and your team can read, reply, assign and track status without leaving the platform. No more student replies getting lost in personal inboxes.

Smarter campaigns

The Campaigns area is being redesigned with a clearer dashboard, summary metrics, and a visual view of how messages flow through a campaign. You'll be able to see active campaigns, drafts and completed work at a glance, and track sends, opens and clicks against each one.

Templates, refreshed

Templates are getting a makeover too. Expect a cleaner table, better filtering, and live editing with a real-time preview as you build emails, SMS or notifications. Favourites, folders and improved analytics are all part of the update.

A unified Automations area

Custom automations, system automations and scheduled messages will all live in one place, with consistent controls for searching, filtering and managing your communication workflows.

More control over settings

A new Settings area will bring sender details, consent and compliance, unsubscribe handling, branding, tracking, safeguards and SMS configuration into one place.

When can you see it?

We're excited to be showing you a first look on of the new Communications area on 20 May.
